Amy Hess, Executive Assistant Director, Criminal, Cyber, Response, & Services Branch at @FBI: "[Cyber attacks] have become more and more prevalent in every investigation, in everything we do. We see the threat evolving and growing every day." #ICCE 1/

Now we hear from David Koh from Singapore, their Commissioner of Cybersecurity.

Notes last year Singapore was #1 on global cybersecurity index, this year is #6. Notes that current #1, UK, has "nowhere to go but down."

#ACcyber
Koh notes that Singaporean population is *very* wired.

Notes the more wired we are, the more we need to secure our networks.

Cybersecurity is like the brakes on a car "You cannot drive fast without good brakes."
Notes that Singapore is a hub for finance and trade, and therefore a high target for cyberattacks.

Also, suggests that as a small wired nation, it can be a test bed for innovation in cyber.

First up at #ACcyber, Amy Hess, of the FBI to talk about how the FBI's dealing with cyber threats.

"FBI approach to cyber is the consistent with experience and authorities."
Hess makes analogy to founding of FBI and automobile (as Comey did a week ago), talks about breadth of experience (but not about having to teach everyone to drive).

Also raises hybrid threats. Cites APT10 example.
