#Acte5 Si vous voulez une vraie démocratie il faut la prendre en considérer aussi bien dans la dévolution du pouvoir (comment on comment on désigne les représentants) que dans l'exercice du pouvoir.
#Acte5 Pour cela, le vote (moment de dévolution du pouvoir) ne suffit pas dés lors qu'un contrôle citoyen de l'exercice du pouvoir n'est pas mis en place. C'est clairement ce qui se passe sous la 5éme République.
