After #RahulGandhi, Mukhtar Ansari's brother BSP MP #AfzalAnsari is set to lose his Lok sabha membership after the Ghazipur MP-MLA Court sentenced him to a 4 year jail. 
The FIR was lodged against him and his brother #MukhtarAnsari in 2007 under the UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act.
