My contribution to #AllOurHealth in greater detail. Having completed the Day 3 activities, I would like to share a contribution I can make to the framework priorities. I have chosen to focus on Physical Activity....
Firstly lets look at the importance....
Physical activity has an affect on illness prevention as well as having a marked positive effect on mental wellbeing and physical health. This infographic explores some of the ways physical activity helps #AllOurHealth
Next lets explore which of the #AllOurHealth priorities physical health promotion effects
- Healthier diets & Weights (in conjunction with an improvement in diet activity can help with a healthy weight)
- Mental Health (physical activity has shown improvement in MH outcomes)

Antimicrobial resistance is one of the largest threats to public health currently faced by human beings worldwide. In 2017 the World Health Organisation launched a global campaign to help combat it through education and health advise #AllOurHealth
