OK, here goes! My first twitter 🧵! Here to recap some of the early findings from our Maintainers Listening Tour that I shared earlier this week during #AllThingsOpen 1 
We are on a journey to open source diversity, equity and inclusion within OSS communities. Over a 12 month period, we set out to launch an open source DEI survey, conduct a Maintainers Listening Tour and execute a 12-month pilot focused on maintainers and students. 2
We completed the 2021 OS DEI Survey in partnership with @linuxfoundation. The full report will be released in December. linuxfoundation.org/press-release/… 3
I’m unfamiliar with front end dev but this #AllThingsOpen keynote is showing me how that job has had design, architecture, and data management dumped on it as one job. That’s intense.
