@DomSchiener Growth committee proposal has been submitted to the Governance Discourse. Adamski proposed a counter proposal of his own. He did this within, and per the Governance Framework structure developed by the community. The community voted, and now we go to a run off.
Here is my personal opinion of why I am voting for Dom's proposal.
Indeed 50% community funds, combined with TEA, seems like a lot to spend in a single first year for a network. However, we must trust our leaders vision. Saying that, I live by the statement, "TRUST BUT VERIFY!"

This week, I attended 2 very important engagements in the UK. One was a four-day journalistic conference- Innovation in digital publishing during the COVID-19 Crisis courtesy of @newsrewired.The other one a #PR conversation on Wednesday night under the hashtag #PowerAndInfluence

3. Though these conversations might have been very emotive we must engage our communities in discussing experiences of racism, racial injustices including discrimination while learning from each other. Inclusion means going out to look for all voices because #AllVoicesMatter

2/4 — The crop was probably done with Lightroom, not in-camera, and EXIF data show that images may have been modified in US: creation EXIF 11:32:41 - AP store 05:32:41 (-6 hours). Anyway I would expect an authoritative statement from @SchreiberPhoto photojournalist.
