π§΅So an update on the AH insurance drama to head off any phony baloney from lolyers. Clearly it appears that this fight is purely between New York Marine and Travelers over the huge costs of the already settled case. Doubtless in settling AH has handed this over to Travelers. 
New York Marine alleges clearly that Travelers controlled the firing of NYMβs chosen firm. NYM also takes potshots at Travelersβ allowing the lawyers to blow through $10mm in fees.
NYM and AH are still in a case that must be under some kind of deal between AH and Travelers for her to cooperate at no cost. NYM even argues AH canβt fight NYM because she already got defended by Travelers.
