1957-ஆம் ஆண்டு அரசியல் சட்ட எரிப்புப் போராட்டத்தை அறிவிக்கிறார் தந்தை பெரியார். அரண்டு போன அரசு அவசர அவசரமாக தேசிய அவமதிப்பு தடைச் சட்ட மசோதாவைக் கொண்டு வருகிறது. சட்ட மன்றத்தில் மசோதாவைக் கொண்டுவந்து முன்மொழிந்தவர் பக்தவசலம். முதல்வர் = காமராஜர்.

1957-ஆம் ஆண்டு தேர்தலின் போது காமராஜர் தலைமையிலான காங்கிரஸ் கூட்டணியை ஆதரித்து ஊர் ஊராக பிரச்சாரம் செய்தார் தந்தை பெரியார். முதன் முறையாக சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் பங்கேற்ற திமுக கடும் போட்டியைச் சந்தித்து 15 இடங்களில் வெற்றி பெற்று இருந்தது.

எந்தக் கட்சியின் வெற்றிக்காக பெரியார் பாடுபட்டாரோ அந்தக் கட்சிதான் சட்ட எரிப்புப் போராட்டத்தைத் தடுக்க இந்த அவசரச் சட்டம் கொண்டு வந்தது. சட்டமன்றத்தில் இருந்த அனைத்து கட்சிகளும் அதை ஆதரித்தனர். பெரியார் எதிர்த்த திமுக மட்டுமே சட்டத்திற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தது.

Thread :Mohan Ranade was a lawyer by profession . He was from Maharashtra. In 1950's though India was free Goa was still under Portuguese rule. Ranade entered Goa in 1950 under the pretext of being a Marathi tutor and joined Azad gomantak Dal , a covert Goan independence movement
For nearly 4 years he carried several armed attacks against Goan police posts liberated Dadra and Nagar haveli. He became the most wanted man in Portuguese colonies. the last such attack was at Betim, in 1955 in which he was injured , captured and exiled to Portugal
Goa attained independence on 19 December 1961 when jawaharlal Nehru and the Indian army threatened military action and cut off all the supplies to the Portuguese settlers. Ranade who was facing live imprisonment was rotting away in a jail in Portugal despite Goa 's freedom

We must admit that Tamil Nadu has some specific problems, (unlike other states) while we accept integration.
Though we accept the principle of integration, there are certain leaders-here who doubt us.
