@onthemedia If we think about the Earth thousands of years from now, you can imagine the narratives embedded in the strata… all the coke cans, the layers of plastic bags, all the chicken bones… and what it would say about our civilization #AnthopoceneWorkingGroup
@onthemedia Maybe Anthropocene is the right word. Or, maybe Plasticene? @kunktation also spoke to @otmbrooke about how maybe the word “Capitalocene” is most appropriate. It’s such a good segment, highly recommend.
