That’s frustrating and scary. I’m sorry that’s happening. I’m glad you’re staying at home and protecting yourself. I know DEED is overwhelmed. Although, we don’t administer UI you can always call my office at (651) 296-3353 and we can try to help you get through DEED. I see you.
We are very concerned about our seniors in long term care facilities and they’ve been hotspots. We’ve been monitoring as we’ve been receiving complaints. Also, we are working with our partners in government and community. Call us if we should pay attention to a specific facility.
