A notoriously tricky and complicated area, our new 'Right to Reside' tool helps to identify rights to reside and claim specific benefits for EEA- and non-EEA nationals. This tool links to the relevant sections in our online Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits Handbook.
For more information on benefits for migrants, there’s also the tool 'Are you a person subject to immigration control?', alongside our print publications Benefits for Migrants Handbook and the A2 flowchart Right to Reside 2019/20.
