Atiku/Obi tried to prepare for the corruption question but the truth is there is no justification for these questionable acts they took while in office. Absolutely none. #NgTheCandidates
Kadaria asked Peter Obi about his own conflict of interest. He put 2 billion naira of state money in a brewery where his company was a major shareholder. He’s still squirming. Can’t believe she let him off!

I can’t believe that Atiku tried to use the indigenIzation scheme to justify setting up a clearing and forwarding company while he was a customs officer, a clear conflict. Kadaria got him on that one. Indigenization only applied to existing multinationals. #NgTheCandidates

Today, the campaign moves to the Pace Setter State (Oyo State). Key issues in the region remain decreasing human capital development - particularly in health & education, rising unemployment, income inequality, rising poverty, poor infrastructure, poor inter-state and link roads.
Again, key on our agenda is JOBS, through industrial development and MSMEs. The #AtikuPlan will also embark on Special Industrial Processing Clusters with special emphasis on the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector. We will incentivise the private sector to invest in these areas.
As part of the 5,000km of railways development, the #AtikuPlan will implement the North-South rail link to improve inter-trade and foster regional integration.

How will #Atikuplan finance its infrastructure plan?

Oil? Loan? Internally generated revenue?

Atiku did not elaborate on how this will be accomplished so I decided to do some digging by looking at the 2018 budget as a guide to the future.

What is the total government expenditure & revenue for 2018?
Debt service nko?
Is crude oil revenue and IGR enough to pay for a $90b infrastructure spending?
What is the cost of the loan?
Can we afford to service $500 debt?
The 2018 FGN budget is estimated to be N9.12 trillion (≈$30b). #Atikuplan wants to spend thrice the nation's budget on infrastructure two years from now. That is the first sign that that number is not rooted in reality. Perhaps revenue will justify a $90b spending plan

THE UNEDUCATED VOTERS does not understand #ATIKUPLAN
Approximately half of the 84 million voters are uneducated,
#AtikuPlan is pleasing to the ears of the educated but what about my Grandmother who is not educated how will she understand what you want to do.
She wants to leave a better Nigeria for her grandson by electing the right president but you rolled out your policy and she does not understand what you want to do for this country.
She heard just, I will renovate 10,000 schools every year from Buhari and she believes Buhari will do better.
#Atikuplan should be well Articulated tell us in numbers what you are going to do.
(Infrastructure, GDP,MDGs,SDGs are to hard to comprehend)
