Good morning all & OTD 700 years ago, the Declaration of Arbroath was made by the Scots Nobility & Clergy to the Pope: "It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom–for that alone which no honest man gives up but with life itself"🏴 
Today is the 700th anniversary of the Declaration of Arbroath (1320) and all of it is worth reading as a statement of the rights conferred by God & natural law upon all peoples
