I have added to my position in @bidstack.

#BIDS has an attractive asymmetric risk/reward for several reasons:

• Capital raise of £10.9m at 2p
• Finally starting to monetise and grow
• Everybody hates it so no hype in the price

Some further thoughts below:
1/ Bidstack is a technology stock which places non-intrusive (native) ads into games.

Historic slow progress from the co has seen the stock written off because of its previous extreme overvalution in 2019 (40p+).

Bidstack overpromised and underdelivered and reality set in.
2/ This unlove meant that interest in the expected placing was minimal.

Raising £10.9m at 2p dilutes existing SHs heavily.

However, refinancing means that 50%+ of the market cap is cash giving the company an EV of <£10m.

This comes at a time when the co is now monetising.

Now a £35M cap, a fortnight on

It's one of those small UK if-it-were-listed-in-the-US companies. Bidstack #BIDS and it puts advertising into major online games

It's rocketing - and there are some grounds to think that in quite short order it may be about to turn into a firework
"May" and also:

- history of over promising and disappointing
- very much a AIM small cap
- burns cash
- will place and dilute
- has share price on homepage
- Glassdoor is not great
- emoji issues when discussed
*But* it may now be delivering for real. If so it may also be extremely cheap. How cheap?

20H1 was 2x sequentially and 10x YoY

It may be about to report H1-H2 sequential growth of 5x.

If so, FY20: 10x YoY.

Fwd 21 rev multiple? Perhaps half that number, perhaps even less.

A few points, @wheeliedealer, if I may:

If I'd taken this advice, I wouldn't be ~60% up on #BIDS in <3 months.

I personally think micro-cap investors should always be considering i) market sentiment; ii) TAM and potential earnings; and iii) existing fundamentals - EQUALLY. 1/5
I would suggest that a fund manager as highly rated as Katie Potts at Herald understood and considered each of the above, when she invested £1m of client money in #BIDS at 4p recently. I imagine that investors with Herald are very happy that she made the decision to do so. 2/5
Next: a great many of the Cos listed on AIM primarily have their listing to tap investors for growth capital. This should always be a consideration for micro-cap investors. To me, it sounds like you think equity placings are ALWAYS an evil. I would strongly disagree with this 3/5

This weekend we're going to turn our attention to the bulletin boards. We'll look at one example of a disturbing profile that posts some pretty vile and possibly libellous attacks. Perhaps with 500+ of you on the case we can work out if it's connected to @shareprophets 🤔
If there is, it would raise serious questions over market abuse, as the profile in question clearly seems intent on sowing confusion and fear with investors. And associates of @shareprophets are known to short companies being written about in Shareprophets @thefca @CityPolice
We've asked before for @shareprophets to confirm whether or they use aliases to post on bulletin boards (BBs) to attack companies or sow fear or confusion. No reply. But we can see that previously @TomWinnifrith has said they don't use BBs.
