The Basics
- keep hair short and tied back
- be clean shaven
- don’t wear any jewellery
- wear nothing below your elbows
- keep fingernails very short
- meticulous hand washing/cleaning

- stay home if you are unwell(for any reason not just COVID19 symptoms)
- maintain physical distance at work
- talk less, be a bit quieter than usual
