Here’s our energy mix today. While renewables are growing. However - so too is fossil fuels. It's still by far the major source of our global energy consumption.

Unless we have mostly renewable energy by 2030, the IPCC tells us we'll have runaway climate change. Not cool.

Here's the picture by line item. Coal has peaked. That’s good. Solar & wind is increasing. But not fast enough. If we look at their annual growth, it's alarming

eg: Solar slowed from 54%/year 10 years ago to 22%/year in 2020.

Peep the new #btcmining setup.

One S19 Pro 110Th/s to heat my ~700sf tool storage in MN. Currently 32 degrees outside and keeps 50-55 degrees inside even on cold days.

Total setup was less than $300... except for the ASIC, obv🙃
Found the smallest filter at a DIY store and built the fireproof rated plywood box to fit that. Used sound dampening foam but tbh not sure if that doesn't anything but noise isn't a big concern anyways.
The wait time & cost on cords was too much so I bought two 14awg / 15amp / c13 plugs on amazon and wired them to a 12awg cord w/ 208v male plug. This plugs into a surge protector on a 208v, 20 amp circuit.
