While #Babur is under copy editing, I have decided to have my third fiction “Ayodhya Nuke Code” published & is in process.

I had finished writing it in 2014, & a lit agent had taken this project. She had refused to take it ahead after Award Wapasi event. Image
When the book was shelved, I was shattered & gave away writing.

It was only through push of @Sanjay_Dixit @TVMohandasPai @vivekagnihotri @RatanSharda55 @prafullaketkar @scdesh2010 & few others that I resumed putting write ups through tweets.
& then a friend @Kaushik02258399 gave me idea to write “ #ModiAgain : An Ex-Communist’s Manifesto” over morning tea in a stall at Manyata Tech Park, & @GarudaPrakashan published it in record breaking time.

After driven out of Shantiniketan, Indira became lonely as father was busy with politics and mother was dieing of tuberculosis in Switzerland. Playing with her loneliness, #FerozeKhan, son of a grocer named Nawab Khan who supplied wines etc to Motilal Nehru's house in Allahabad!
He was able to draw close to her. The then Governor of Maharashtra, Dr. Shriprakash warned Nehru, that Indira was having an illicit relation with Feroze Khan. Feroze Khan was then in England and he was quite sympathetic to Indira. Soon enough she changed her religion!

#India's Supreme Court clears the way for construction of #Hindu temple on site of destroyed #BabriMasjid in #Ayodhya.

I've been following this issue for 30+ years. Here's a thread analyzing the #AyodhyaJudgment:

-I first visited #Ayodhya (& #BabriMasjid) in 1990: before the masjid was destroyed, before I entered the field of #anthropology. I went there while researching my first book, "Arrow of the Blue-Skinned God": A re-tracing of the #Hindu epic #Ramayana...

...In my book, I take what I hope is an even-handed approach. For what it's worth, I've received approving messages from #Hindutva activists & #secularists alike. You can judge for yourself:

Vaidyanathan argues there could be some evidence that the #Muslim side offered Friday prayers at the disputed site between 1857 & 1934. "But there is absolutely no evidence that they offered any prayer after that. On the other hand, #Hindus continued to worship".
