@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India @rsprasad - Yet no action has been initiated. I have agreed to bear the cost of a new cable. However MTNL lineman and Wadala exchange staff not solving the problem. What is my next option as a #MTNL consumer?? Very badly managed PSU.
