First off, what lawyer roots around in closets at a university? It wouldn't matter if it was a janitor, an intern, or a CPA. None would have had proper clearance. Saying it was a Biden lawyer precludes their testimony under attorney/client privilege, on state the docs were found.
If it is proven that these docs were unique, and no copies were in US government possession during the Trump admin, or that these docs should have been physically advanced to incoming White House staff, a case can be made that taking them was an act of obstruction.
