Here’s the thing though that I should make clear.
The shirts I’ve made with @RainbowandCoUK, I don’t get a cut. I never sought one or asked for one. I don’t want one.
I made those shirts SPECIFICALLY to help Bi orgs get money AND support a very inclusive LGBTQ+ business.

So when @PinkNews, an LGBTQ+ media organisation, decides to ignore my requests to cover the hashtag campaign and the shirts that were a part of that.
Only to follow that up with the OWN shirts with the same slogan with NO money going to Bi orgs…naturally, I’m going to be mad!

#BisexualMenExist was made FOR the community. The shirts were an extension of that. It was to increase visibility, to have Bi men help Bi men who may be struggling.
The shirts were to help raise funds for organisations who were doing the work but are often underfunded!

@nintendomad888 Bifeindlichkeit gegen Bi+Männer unterscheidet sich von der Bifeindlichkeit gegen andere Geschlechter. Bisexuellen Männern wird mehr als Frauen abgesprochen sexuell fluide zu sein. Das hat sicherlich mehrere Ursachen. (Toxische Maskulinität, z. B.)
Eine Ursache könnte auch das "homosoziale Kontinuum" sein, wonach Nähe und Zärtlichkeit unter Männern viel schneller als homoerotisch wahrgenommen und bestraft wird, während Nähe unter Frauen normalisierter ist. (Dadurch wird sie auch unsichtbarer,aber das ist ein anderes Thema.)
