Eddy reviewed text messages on Becky's phone between Becky and Ted Johnson. He said he noticed no disagreements or arguments between Becky and anyone else on her phone. #bliefnicktrial
Jones says there are two more witnesses. One more in the morning and one more I the afternoon. Defense will have its witnesses tomorrow. So it looks like an early day today.

Day three of the #Bliefnicktrial is underway. Gary Collins is the first witness. A man who works for Quincy Recycle in Indiana and knows the Bliefnick’s.
Tim Bliefnick worked for Quincy Recycle/Quincy Farm Products. Collins said Becky told him Tim was hiding money and she worried about. He said Becky was fearful of Tim and he said Tim wouldn’t do that, but told her to get a protective order.

Amber Wittler is the next witness. She's a surgical assistant at Blessing Hospital and worked with Becky. She said she met Becky in 2016. She continued to have regular contact, even when Wittler no longer worked with her. #bliefnicktrial
Wittler said she spoke with Becky one time about her ongoing divorce. Becky said she wanted to change the locks, but Tim wouldn't let her. #bliefnicktrial
Wittler said the conversation she had with Becky was in 2021. She said doesn't know Tim personally but had met him a couple of times. Wittler is excused. #bliefnicktrial

2) Prosecutor Josh Jones said it’s his case and he can highlight any part he wishes and said Schnack can do the same thing. Jones said the entire divorce proceeding will be available to the jury. Judge Adrian sides with the prosecution.

Taylor Heimann, Becky’s neighbor, testifies he has cameras on his home. He said his cameras caught video on Feb 14 of a person walking on/near his driveway. He said he can’t tell anything about the person such as if it was a man or woman. 12:37 a.m. is when the video captured.
Heimann’s video plays for Feb. 22 at 1:05 a.m. a person walks up driveway. At 1:53 a.m. video shows a person walking away from driveway.
