Tim Bliefnick worked for Quincy Recycle/Quincy Farm Products. Collins said Becky told him Tim was hiding money and she worried about. He said Becky was fearful of Tim and he said Tim wouldn’t do that, but told her to get a protective order.

1) Attorneys and Judge Adrian are talking about the Bliefnick divorce file as it will be presented to the jury today. Tim’s attorney, Casey Schnack, asked that the state not highlight certain parts of the case for the jury.
2) Prosecutor Josh Jones said it’s his case and he can highlight any part he wishes and said Schnack can do the same thing. Jones said the entire divorce proceeding will be available to the jury. Judge Adrian sides with the prosecution.
