about more than that... It's about being able to expose the biomedical world as a 40-year sham. And to use their own continued behaviors to expose #MassFormationPsychosis from years of #InstitutionalIndoctrination for which they deny b/c of their #ChronicPsychosis. But mostly it
is about the freedom to write these things, to express ourselves w/o the fear of being shadow-banned (although this post will get 3 views if I'm lucky) or to be suspended or locked out becuse somehow w/o a #BlueCheckmark, you're just an #OrdinaryCitizen, second-class to be sure.

Wie immer bei den zahlreichen Wettbewerbsverstößen kann nur ein Mitbewerber oder eine Verbraucherzentrale (§ 8 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 UWG) den Anspruch gegen Twitter geltend machen - nicht der getäuschte Kunde.

Die Irreführung muss geeignet sein, den Marktteilnehmer zu einer Entscheidung zu bewegen. Hier mag jemand Blue abonnieren, was nicht dem User nutzt, der die Irreführung gar nicht verursacht hat. Wäre etwas unfair, den User verantwortlich zu machen, kann aber trotzdem passieren.3/

But, Elon Musk basically degraded its value and basically made the badge pointless. Its Defiantly not "free speech" if you had to pay $8/Month for it. I personally see this as a test to everyone using the platform. #BlockTheBlue
