Anyone who can take a moment to think intellectually & look the following cases honestly ( not emotionally) will have to reach a similar conclusion. Not saying they ended as they should have, but look it from both sides.

2. #GeorgeFloyd

Dated a career criminal w a justified arrest warrant. He gave her address as the last know residence & was seen there on surveillance. Her name appears to’ve been on the warrant
Police knocks on the door but is immediately shot at. LEOs shoot back in self defense.
Her current boyfriend shoots the LEOs who knocked & made their presence known according to witnesses. He is declared innocent as he stated he shot in self-defense.

The officers also shot back in self-defense, they did NOT go to her apt to kill. So why is the officer at fault?

1/ [Short thread] A few comments as await a decision from the grand jury about whether the officers who shot and killed #BreonnaTalyor will be criminally charged. nbcnews.com/news/us-news/l…
2/ To begin with, it's the right call to rely on the grand jury here - it provides independence to a charging decision that would ...otherwise fall within the province of the prosecutor's discretion. Now, please know that grand jury proceedings are secret so we will not learn...
3/ either what the prosecution presented or the rationale for the grand jury's decision. Also, jeopardy does not attach at the grand jury phase, which means that a grand jury that chooses not to indict has no constitutional impact from a charging perspective.

Nothing can prepare you for the journey you’re about to take through this video.
Well this blew up... I don’t have a SoundCloud to promote but:

1. Wear a mask. A real one, because bandannas don’t work.

2. Wash your hands.

3. Vote this November.

4. Prosecute the cops that killed #BreonnaTalyor.
Also... If anyone is interested in checking out my pinned tweet (or my Nixon script) DM me. Serious inquires only.

@GovAndyBeshear is extending the emergency regulation face mask order.

Note: Illegally
@GovAndyBeshear keeps using that speculative graph of “what would have been”.

It’s worth noting the countries with no mask orders have less cases and deaths compare Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, and others (no mandate) to the US, Spain, Italy (pushing masks).

Good morning from Louisville, Kentucky.

Today an all-black militia group called the “Not Fucking Around Coalition” #NFAC is holding an armed rally for #BreonnaTalyor, expected at noon.

Conservative militias are already gathering to to counter it.

I’ll be covering all day.
I haven’t seen an extremely precise explanation as to what the III%’era goals are out here, but generally they’ve been using graphics like this to push an opposition to the NFAC itself.
“Law enforcement is the boss out there.”

These militia groups gathered from various states. Their event’s leader, Tara Brandau aka “Hoggirl,” is based here in Kentucky. She explains the militias’s role as to back up the police in “keeping peace.”

Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who let #BreonnaTaylor’s killers stay free, once spoke at a Donald Trump rally promising to stand with him.
Did you know Daniel Cameron, the attorney general who is allowing the police to investigate themselves and refuses to prosecute the officers that murdered #BreonnaTaylor, visited Trump at the White House in 2019? Image
Did you you know that Trump handed Daniel Cameron a personal signed note with his “complete endorsement” for office?

Trump added, “Daniel, you will do great!” #JusticeForBreonnaTaylor ImageImage

I’m at the @untilfreedom training ahead of a planned action today, meant to urge Louisville to fire and arrest the police officers who fatally shot Breonna Taylor.

Details on what and when the action is are sparse, so far, for security reasons.
Tamika Palmer, Breonna’s mother, is here.

The training started with a standing ovation for her.
The organizers of this action are not local.

One said about half the people who registered for the action are from Louisville, and the other half are people who traveled in. I spoke with one group that came in from New York.

There are about 100 people here.
