COVID19 FUNDING THREAD: State & local governments are the front line responders to the #COVID19 epidemic. They will experience significant costs & at the same time their major sources of revenue will decline enormously due to social distancing and quarantine measures. /1 
But unlike the Fed Gov't, states & localities have very limited capacity 2 borrow in response to an emergency. Since they cannot print money & their debt is not supported in the way Federal Treasuries are, they must approach the credit markets just like any other corporation. /2

J’ai plein de choses à dire tellement je suis révoltée par les commentaires sur la justice. Je vous raconterais peut être le procès d’Assises pour viol dont l’une des magistrates avec qui je bosse était l’AG qui s’est fini par un acquittement cette semaine.
Déjà, commençons par l’affaire #Justine : justice pourrie, aveugle et j’en passe. J’ai même lu qu’il faudrait violer les familles des juges pour qu’ils comprennent... 🙄🙄🙄
Alors comment vous dire que là, on marche sur la tête ?! Dois-je vous rappeler que là, nous sommes aux Assises ! Qui dit Assises dit jurés qui sont en majorité en comparaison des juges professionnels.
