In interviews, Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault can't explain why they removed the section that protected user-generated content (which is problematic) and made a comment that Bill #C10 could apply to social media users with large accounts (also problematic).

Minister @s_guilbeault's latest tactic to dismiss critics of #C10 is to paint us as crazy supporters of "this concept of Net Neutrality."
