Everyone wants #CBIForPalgharLynching

Many people in good faith have suggested me to get an FIR registered in Uttar Pradesh as family of deseased lives in UP & then persuade UP govt to recommend #CBIForPalghar on the line of #SSRDeathCase

This thread on why I'm not doing it.

Few have suggested me to get an FIR registered in Uttar Pradesh as sadhus belonged to Dashami Akhada, thus an FIR could be lodged there. Also the family members of deceased lives in Uttar Pradesh.

Moreover, @myogiadityanath ji is a strict administrator. So it could be helpful.

This theory is mostly based on the #SSRDeathCase.
After the FIR was lodged in Bihar by the family of @itsSSR against #RheaChakraborthy due to them living in Bihar, @NitishKumar referred #CBIForSSR to @HMOIndia due to hurdles created by Maharashtra in the case.

जैसे कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की रहस्यमयढंग से हुई मौत पर सीबीआई जांच की मांग सही थी और सीबीआई जांच हो भी रही है

और सीबीआई जांच करवाने के लिए लोग 60 दिनों से ज्यादा तक #CBIForSSR ट्रेंड करवाते रहे अंततः सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने सीबीआई जांच के आदेश भी दे दिए जो कि एक सही निर्णय था ।

परंतु 16 अप्रैल को पालघर में हुई हिन्दू साधु की लिंचिग के लिए लोगों ने सीबीआई जांच की इतनी ज्यादा मांग नहीं की बस शुरुआत में चंद दिनों तक ये मांग चलती रही उसके बाद सब लोग लगभग भूल से गए हैं कि पालघर में भी कुछ हुआ था।
