A very special present from #TeamOneFist: Op.Switchblade, one of our largest #DataCenter attacks yet!
We hunted down every #networking #switch we could find in #Russia and tested them for vulns. From these, we conducted a #cyber strike against 55 strategically valuable devices 1/

We penetrated devices both large and small; many of them were at the heart of #ISP DCs like Rostelecom or Kuban-Telecom, but many also belonged to individual businesses. All had high utilization rates, uptime, and were rich in features: these were all core infrastructure 2/

These included #Russian, #Chinese, and #Western boxes like #Cisco and #HP!
We swiftly demolished them, before any of the sysadmins could react or notice us. After the initial strike, we kept reattacking if they were recovered (>8 times!). No uninterrupted service for them! 3/

#TeamOneFist has confirmed - there are no smart comp scientists in #Russia!
Last night, we conducted a strategic #cyber strike against a top #AI/#compsci institute (ISA RAN), under the Russian Academy of Sciences. Even the president of Russia is a customer of their research. 1/

I penetrated this #Cisco switch, which we found to control their entire network: 9 research servers & 100+ devices. All without any #cybersecurity measures! Madness. Bricked it, demolishing their entire research environment; we also gave them a small "gift" from us. 2/

They were so arrogant, that they didn't even bother to protect their network. So we gave this famous government institute a perfect reminder, to humble themselves! Опомнись #Россия, за всё ты в ответе!

About a week ago, @TalosSecurity team shared some insights related to a recent cyber attack on @Cisco. According to Indicators of compromise, mentioned in this article (bit.ly/3K76lFJ), we have known this group of attackers since the beginning of 2022.

Group-IB's researchers has discovered their TTPs in a series of attacks using #CobaltStrike, #Sliver and #Covenant tools. Our internal name of this group is #TridentCrow.

One of the domains that was published by @Cisco (ciscovpn2[.]com) has a self-signed SSL certificate with unique values. According to Group-IB Threat Intelligence database, out of more than 2 billion certificates, only 39 have similar values and mimic well-known IT companies.

Activist-scholars like the one from @CeMIS_unigoe & those in the US pushing for a caste category actually believe that Hindus are so entirely abhorrent that they should be marked a suspicious class and targeted based on their race, national origin, ethnicity, & religion.

It crystallizes for me why we're seeking intervention in the #Cisco case. If caste activists succeeded, companies, states & counties could police one community --Indians & Hindus -- tar them & internationalize names based on allegations alone. This is our formal stance👇

Αφού τους έσκασαν χιλιάδες κρούσματα μαθητών επέμειναν στο ψέμα τους ότι δεν κολλάει αλλά αυτή τη φορά έκλεισαν γυμνάσια και λύκεια - μην ξεκινήσουν και ζητάνε γονεϊκές άδειες οι γονείς των μικρών.

Τώρα εφαρμόζουν την πιο αποτυχημένη τηλεκπαιδευση ζητώντας σου να μην κάνεις χρήση του ίντερνετ γιατί τάχα μας εσύ ρίχνεις το δίκτυο. Όλα αυτά με πρωτοβουλία Κεραμέως. Την σύμβαση της οποίας συνεργασίας (με την εταιρεία #Cisco) αρνηθηκε να δημοσιοποιήσει.

I used Google Cloud to host the SD-WAN lab. It consumes a lot of resources for a few WAN edges. I recommend setting up a GCP VM with 12 cores/24GB minimum.

Once I set up the VM, I uploaded all the images to the GCP instance.
