Mabulac says doing paperless in departure information by May 1 is a way of integrating PH's border control in compliance with the government's digitalization efforts.

BI says the elderly and PWDs can still use the old way of registering through paper-based departure cards. It adds airlines may help travelers in registering through the online system.
