After talking to community in Cosmos TW t.me/cosmos_tw, my opinion would be “NO” for both Cosmos #Prop155 and #Prop202 because of the following 4 reasons.
This is just my preliminary thought and could be changed accordingly.

1. For 155, we already have many products like Mintscan, BigDipper, and Ping.pub.
2. For 202, I don't see the needs for a web2 hub to put everything together, there is no much interchain activities and we already have wallets which can switch the net conveniently.
