El 14 de noviembre de 1940 se lo recuerda por el bombardeo de Coventry. Uno de los mas fuertes bombardeos de la Luftwaffe alemana, al punto de que el término “coventrizar” fue utilizado posteriormente para nuevos ataques. La ciudad quedó destruida, pero se levantó.

Two schools of thought have emerged on Watford Twitter this season.
On one side the 'The hierarchy are awful' lot, on the other the 'You don't know how bad it used to be' brigade.
After another disappointing result, I'm still stuck in the middle.
