Part 2. Everyone is off the hook. Owners still profit, billing @MedicareGov @MHPA Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay Estate depleting. Governors still receiving votes, contributions, freedom from any accountability. Contrast when a nurse aid drops a fork and keeps feeding.
