La page marseille.fr/education/mars… indique que tout à chacun peut accéder à l'INTEGRALITE du rapport N°7 présenté au conseil municipal et relatif à l'adoption de la charte Unicef "Ville amie des enfants" et du "Plan d'action municipal 2020-2026 pour l'Enfance et la Jeunesse [...]
Or, ce rapport, tout comme les délibérations publiées par la ville, ne contient pas les annexes. Il nous apparait difficile d'apprécier ou de comprendre le Plan d'action Municipale sans le connaitre.
