❌ Cons: NYHA is not fixed very changeable : Better using Hypotension (SBP<100 mmHg) as choice criteria for ACE/ARB vs ARNI
❌ Cons: After 1 + 1/2 year from #GALACTIC_HF Omecamtiv Mecarbil still not in GD
