1. Eat BBB&E.

Beef, butter, bacon, and eggs are probably the lowest inflammatory foods on a Carnivore Diet.

This will ensure you eat moderate protein to not elevate your insulin levels too much.

I typically avoid egg whites as I have sensitivities.
2. Exercise.

HIIT 2 x per week, full body movements with slow walking on other days.

Exercise only accounts for 15% of your fat loss.

Exercise has important stress reducing and CV benefits.

Elimination of animal milk from the diet can significantly reduce iodine intake of a person. Iodine deficiency might not significantly impact the quality of life of a person but if a woman of a child-bearing age is iodine deficient, then she faces a high risk of miscarriage.
At present, the prohibitive cost of plant milks is keeping the out of the hands of maximum consumers in India. Adding the iodine info, will help educate consumers about the importance of animal milk for acquiring iodine through food. Iodine quantity in milk is known to vary.

Thread on my journey to a meat-based diet.

1) In summer 2019 I changed my diet. Now I eat mostly meat, plus dairy products except milk. Sometimes I eat cooked vegetables, mostly when eating outside. I only drink water, coffee low on caffeine, and alcohol.

2) After I reached about 27, I started noticing my stomach is not able to process any junk I put in it. Once or twice per year, I would get a mild form of acute pancreatitis. I would get diarrhea if I drink cold Coke after a meal.
3) Then it became worse, I could have diarrhea without obvious reasons. In general, the consistency of my stool was getting softer and softer. I also started noticing weird red dots on my legs, correlating with diarrhea and other stomach issues.
