Everyone needs to HODL at least some $CEL if you want to enter the Celsius Network.
It's a trust thing now, I've seen too many abuse the platform & not care.

2/6 I took a little gamble and tried a few CEL collateralized loans at 33%LtV (out of my 70+ loans at usual 25%LtV) to potentially trigger a Margin Call. Firstly you’ll receive multiple emails informing you of the MC
3/6 Your best option is to respond ASAP to loans@celsius.network and acknowledge that you are aware, that you will either add more collateral or close the loan. I requested for a 24-48hr grace period to whitelist new addresses, with no pushback from the team member (Tobie) 😘

The tax framework I had assumed would be applicable was/is pretty well as I expected. Most of which I've learnt over the years the hard way by getting shit wrong (don't get me started on the pain of get pegged in the bum by the tax-office for failing rollover relief tests).
Paying the tax piper..Income tax or Capital Gains. What's not well understood by the swinging dick muppet brigade is referals fee's, staking, mining, shilling and lending ..... that's ALL income tax. You might think it all pools into one big HODL fantasy. but it don't.

After the first round and a $CEL price increase of 100%, we went sideways and consolidated for over two months due to whale profit taking. I expect to see somewhat of the same price action after this second round. A THREAD.
Whales will be in insane profits by this point and their dollar gains will be too powerful to ignore. BUT Celsius "buy backs" consist of nearly 500k $CEL bought from market every. single. week. Not to mention all the added exposure and new buy pressure from this next round.
