🛣️ Jan was arrested after climbing a gantry at Junction 16 on November 7th — he appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today and was found guilty of causing a public nuisance. This was the first trial under this new statutory offence enacted under the PCSC Act 2022.
⚖️ The magistrate imposed a sentence of 9 months, which was reduced to 6 months as a result of a guilty plea. The magistrate spoke of wanting to use his sentencing as a “deterrent” against further disruption of ordinary people going about their “lawful business”

1. @jrockstrom is "tired" because he is unaware or more likely does not want to accept the psychology of denial literature.
2. 1.5C is not a technical term but a construction of deep psychological meaning - a religious artifact (see my article on this ).
3. Everyone knows we are going over the limit, probably in 2024 (James Hanson and co), but this cannot be accepted because the lie of staying under 1.5C is necessary to maintain the immense ideological ego of the global liberal class - ie, the myth of continued material progress.
1. 1.5C is not a point of data but a religious artifact. It is imbued with the sacred taboo of the global liberal class: the all pervasive dogma of progress, the unspeakable terror of regression and fall (a proxy for death). It can never be allowed to be passed.
2. But it will. And when it does a whole world of meaning will collapse and the psychological and spiritual suffering of this class will become unbearable for them. History will have returned.
