1/6 Go out smart by using core #publichealth practices to stay safe & #StopTheSpread by #PhysicalDistancing, avoiding common surfaces/objects, #CleanYourHands & extra layering with a mask where #COVID19 may still be active.
2/6 #PhysicalDistancing 2 metres from others keeps us far enough away to prevent coming into contact with potentially infectious droplets produced when people cough, sneeze, laugh, sing or speak, even if they don’t appear ill.
3/6 Avoiding touching common surfaces & objects reduces the likelihood of you contaminating your hands with #COVID19 infectious droplets. Avoiding touching your mouth, nose & eyes prevents you infecting yourself with the virus.
