Met with a virtual doc today and described my symptoms: worsening cough and shortness of breath and answered his Qs. Diagnosis: most likely COVID-19. He can’t get me tested bc I’m not sick enough for the hospital. Still need to work tomorrow bc @DOJ_EOIR won’t #closethecourts
We can’t get tested with shortness of breath, cough and other symptoms but politicians and celebrities can get tested with no symptoms + the admin is so intent on deportation that I have to work while trying to recover bc @DOJ_EOIR doesn’t care about our health. This is America.
I appreciate everyone’s concern. I’m not physically going to work. I won’t put others at risk of exposure from me. But DOJ refusing to close means I have to put my staff at risk to meet deadlines for filings. This means they have to go to courts and the office. #closethecourts
