This claim is absurd because Collins was out of time AND apparently @Comey had decided it was privileged all on his own.

In fact @RoyBlunt DID follow up and asked what kind of information was given to a “friend” @Comey lies and said it was just Flynn meeting FALSE Richman had been sent FOUR memos at this point #ComeyIGReport @JusticeOIG @TheJusticeDept
The case against Comey is not as strong you would think. Take leaking for example. He used Richman as a cut-out to do the actual leaking. A cut-out given a security clearance. Comey could thus argue that he technically did not leak. Richamn would take the fall. #ComeyIGReport
Sure Richman could say he was ordered to do so. But do you think Comey would be so sloppy as to have ordered Richman to do so other than verbally without witness or recording? I doubt it.
Memos 2, 4, 6, 7 are the ones he copied and sent to his attorney's as well as kept in his safe at home. A gross violation of Departmental policy but did he INTENTIONALLY mishandle classified material? There is that word again....
