It takes a lot to blow my mind, but these 5 books were just so scintillating and sparkling that i am still tipsy in a good way. If ontic and epistemic approaches to questions like "what does it mean to be human? what is consciousness? what is mind? etc" interest you, go for it 😀
However if Sadhguru, Deepak Chopra, Double Sri, Oprah Winfrey etc are your preferred vehicles to approach this science and philosophy, you better avoid these 5 books.
A basic knowledge of #QuantumTheory, Special & General #Relativity, #UnifiedFieldTheory, #Biologyy including #Neurology, #ContemplativeTraditions [Mainly Indic including Buddhist], #Logic & #Chemistry will help. Nothing too fancy - but yes, some basic knowledge.
