The European Medicines Agency did NOT approve AZ vaccines made in US and China — the manufacturing sites there are only listed as producing bio active substance.

Which is why even though South Korea’s manufacturing site, which produces Malaysia’s AZ order from Covax, is listed in Vaxzevria’s product information, it’s not recognized by the European Medicines Agency.

I took @GrabMY. Jadi siapa naik Grab, boleh terus pilih IDCC PPV. Sampai sana, aku sesat kejap sebab Grab driver drop kat Level 4. Take time juga cari lif.

Thought I should create a new thread solely for any side effects after my AstraZeneca first dose today. I tweeted earlier my experience at the UM centre. Here is how I have been feeling after.

Received my AZ jab at around 9.30am. There was no immediate soreness. I barely even felt the needle go in. Within 1 hour, I could feel slight soreness in my left arm near my injection area.

Within the next 1-2 hours, the very slight soreness and now very slight numbness also spread down to my little finger. It wasn’t uncomfortable and I was still happily eating my brunch after the UM visit #CucukMYAZ
My experience getting vaccinated and what you can do:

2. Double checking on my timing (9am) they moved me to a seating area to fill the form.
Note: The form has a portion below for the signature. You can put your name, IC, and date. But leave the signature bit for later, as it needs to be signed in the presence of a witness (a doctor).
✨ Post-AstraZeneca side effects thread ✨
1.5 hours post-shot: I started out with regular soreness at the injection site, but now there’s a numb/lenguh feeling that’s spreading down my arm, even feeling it slightly in my fingers. My husband has the same numbness. We know from our reading that this is normal!
I’m also very sleepy but that’s not the shot, that’s just me sleeping less than 4 hours last night 😂
