The recently announced data leak in Microsoft's Exchange software is likely to attract more and more cyber criminals. Ransom-oriented hackers had started to exploit the security gap,
wrote the responsible Microsoft manager Phillip Misner on Twitter. The ransomware with the name "DearCry" appeared on servers affected by the vulnerability. "DearCry" is blocked. Experts attribute the attack to a Chinese hacker group.
Hackers use ransomware to attempt to encrypt computer systems and extort money from users in order to release the data. "DearCry" is the latest indication that the vulnerability that became known this month on tens of thousands of servers worldwide

As usual, @Accenture seems clued in about AI. Kendrew talking about how people don't know they are using AI when they use google, spotify, etc. Whoops, now talking about it "as a coworker", I obviously object to that language!
Kendrew hows predictions by 2020 of 85% of customer interaction by chatbot, 2025 a government will ban human driven vehicles, next decade "an AI" will make a blockbuster film. [Well, I doubt all those predictions! RBS found chatbots included calls to the banks' humans!]
