2/4 We have evidence that #Cygnusreport leaked to @Guardian is only 1 of several secret reports. In fact @GovUK has large amount of pandemic data from Cygnus informing current strategy but it's refusing to disclose because politically embarrassed by previous failure to act on it.
3/4 We argue that transparency is essential so the scientific & healthcare communities can apply Cygnus data to prepare for #secondwave. We also argue that transparency helps inform the British public so they can engage democratically with the national challenges which lie ahead.
