ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு மறு நியமனத் தேர்வு நடத்தும் அரசாணை 149யை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும்,2013,2014,2017,2019 ஆண்டுகளில் நடைபெற்ற தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ஆட்சிக்கு வந்தவுடன் நியமனம் வழங்கப்படும் எனக் கூறிய வாக்குறுதியை திமுக நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்.
தமிழ் நாட்டில் உள்ள அரசு துறைகள் மொத்தம் 83.
அவற்றில் 48 துறைகள் கலைஞர் உருவாக்கியது.
அதாவது, ஏறத்தாழ 60 சதவீத அரசு துறைகளை உருவாக்கியது கலைஞர்.
அதே சமயம், அதிமுக உருவாக்கிய ஒரே துறை டாஸ்மாக்.
அவற்றில் 48 துறைகள் கலைஞர் உருவாக்கியது.
