This stock grant was an annual RSU grant, occurred two months ago, was not improper etc
It is excessive however at $5M and 2% of S/O for an annual grant IMHO
But...CEO IS highly motivated to BOTH turn around the company and pump the stock (RSUs are part perf-based)
