I heartilly recommend Stanley Johnson's 2009 autobiography "Stanley I presume" peppered with intriguing anecdotes. Here he recounts the Dec 1963 Mexico Trip, (in the wake of JFK murder) staying with Russian (spy) Boris Litwin, gifts and naming of Baby Boris in gratitude.
It was this Time Magazine article from 1945 that alerted me to Russian Boris Litwin's financing of the Tilletts's in 1940 that led to the discovery of his connection to the Red Haven of US Communist spy ring & Mexican Marxist Artists in Mexico.

The Tillets set up Community frequented by Marxist artists Diego Rivera & Frida Kahlo,who invited Bolshevik Leon Trotsky (a friend of Litwin's father) to Mexico,then fell out with him & were connected to the KGB orchestrated attack on him. Tillet's wife remarried Spy Fred Field.
In 1980 @BorisJohnson thought it would be a wheeze to visit the USSR. He posted jokes to sister, about RIGA-MORTIS in Riga & FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE.The postcard was of a statue of man who betrayed a poet to the KGB. Also in USSR in 1980, V Putin, A Lebedev & R Maxwell of the KGB

Johnson learned Russian & researched his Russian ancestry in the USSR. Lebedev was posted to London in 1987 targeting members of the Conservative Govt & London Journalists like Boris Johnson. Maxwell let his daughter Ghislaine run "parties" for Oxford friends such as Johnson.
