Looking forward to the weekend?Did you know that this is a Operation C.A.R.E weekend! We will have extra patrols in construction zones, high crash areas and working Click it or Ticket through Monday. Our goal is to have zero fatal crashes across the district! 
What is Operation C.A.R.E you ask? Well, Operation C.A.R.E. (Crash Awareness and Reduction Efforts) began in 1977 as a collaborative effort between the Michigan State Police and the Indiana State Police and is one of the nation’s longest-running traffic safety initiatives. 2/
Operation C.A.R.E. was formed to deter the three key causes of highway fatalities: speeding, impaired driving and failure to use occupant restraints. 3/
