Departament Obrony budowla pełniąca funkcję magazynu amunicji i materiałów wybuchowych. Służy do ich bezpiecznego przechowywania. ECM wykonuje się zasadniczo w 3 klasach odporności na nadciśnienie fali uderzeniowej - klasa 7-bar, 3-bary i -nieokreślone. Im wyższa wartość bar, 2/X
tym większy stopień wytrzymałości na nadciśnienie. ECM nie są zbudowane w celu ochrony okolicy przed eksplozją zgromadzonych w nich środków wybuchowych, choć mogą wytrzymać niewielkie eksplozje. Ich zadaniem jest ochrona zawartości, w szczególności przed eksplozją innych ECM 3/X

1/ Ein Nachbrenner zum #Karabach-Thread. Mich fragten doch einige Interessierte, was ich denn mit #Radarschirm "dicht" meinte. Unten im Video des #Geparden, ist ein Mono-Puls-Doppler Suchradarbildschirm kurz zu sehen. Ich denke, die Meisten haben das schon mal gesehen.
2/ Im Vid sieht man die Geschwindigkeit des Radars um die eigene Achse. Im Screenshot sieht man das Ziel rechts unten dargestellt. Der Kdt oder Rk hat den Cursor (gestrichelt) auf das Ziel gelegt und kann nun eine optische Identifizierung vornehmen.
3/ ist es identifiziert, wird es aufgeschaltet. Der Kdt/Rk tastet und sofort schwenkt das Folgeradar aus und der Turm und Waffen drehen sich in die Richtung des Zieles. Das Ziel wird nun vom FR verfolgt, der Feuerleitrechner verarbeitet die Werte und das Ziel kann bekämpft werden

1/ Few years ago, we reported the identification of the novel #ECM protein SNED1 a promoter of mammary tumor metastasis @eLife elifesciences.org/articles/01308
2/ SNED1 became #MyFavoriteProtein, but what do you do when almost nothing is known about your new favorite protein?
3/ Only 1 thing: roll up your sleeves, assemble a great team, be in a supporting environment @UICPhysiology @kitaj_angio and get started! Along the way, we are sharing our results on @biorxivpreprint, so feedback and comments are welcome!
