1. La simplification du contentieux éloignement des étrangers (passage de 12 à 4 catégories de recours). Préconisée depuis 2020 par le Conseil d'Etat dans le rapport Stahl conseil-etat.fr/actualites/sim… cette réforme avait été repoussée à plusieurs reprises avant la Présidentielle
Si cette simplification est bienvenue (on reviendrait au nombre de recours qui existait avec la loi Chevènement de 1998) cela n'aura pas pour effet d'augmenter le taux d'exécution des OQTF. Du reste il existe bien plus que 12 catégories de recours en droit des étrangers...

Firstly, I've been saying this would happen since the Brexit sh!t show but accused of "project fear" and "scaremongery"
Some countries already need to apply for a visa to enter to the Schengen area. During the Brexit negotiations, the visa application was waived for the UK.

But we knew ETIAS was coming, it was approved for development in Nov 2016
+ The EU isn't "punishing Britons" FFS. The ETIAS applies to everyone outside the EU, not just the UK
The US, Canada, Australia and NZ already have an electronic visa system
