Let me make this very clear - there is EVERY reason to Doubt the #EVM machines. IMHO they can be manipulated several ways -

VVPAT counting of 1-2% is like counting 2 bundles of Rs2000 rupee notes amongst 100 bundles of Rs2000 notes at a Bank when withdrawing. Will u only count 2 Random bundles ? U will count all 100.

These machines comes with 1 TIME WRITE CHIP. Once the EVM runs out of either vote capacity or the voting booth has to be closed, the final tally of the Votes that have been cast get recorded ONCE & FINALLY on this Chip and Cant be changed.

1) Every EVM comes with a RESET button for testing it machine before its used. RESET button resets the "Test Votes" that are cast during testing exercise on the day the votes are to be cast. You can think of how this can be misused.

Section 61(1)(b): It provides that the a candidate for a head of LG seat must be Intermediate or equivalent. It is discriminatory, and presumes that illiterate or less literate persons are necessarily less qualified/ competent. Would it sustain judicial scrutiny? #PunjabLG2021

The EC has made process of securing EVMs clear. Fake videos of #EVMs which are not in use in current election are being shared, fake “news channels” are spreading rumors of #EVMhacking, all for a singular intent.

One can always find undated videos with no reference point. When is the video shot, are these EVMs in use in current election, are these the serial numbers that were voted, none of this is present in the video.
